When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. We use Supabase for secure authentication.
Contact Data You Upload
We process the contact files you upload (CSVs, vCards, PDFs, images) to provide our cleaning and deduplication services. This data may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, company information, and other contact details.
Usage Information
We collect information about how you use our service, including the number of contacts processed, features used, and transaction history.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the collection and use of your payment information.

4. Data Processing & AI
We use Google's Gemini AI and Google Cloud Vision to process your uploaded files. This includes:
- Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for images and PDFs
- AI-powered contact extraction and parsing
- Contact data normalization and enrichment
Your data is processed in accordance with Google's Cloud Data Processing terms. We do not use your contact data to train AI models.
5. Data Storage & Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
- AES-256 encryption for data at rest
- TLS encryption for data in transit
- Row-level security in our database (Supabase)
- Secure authentication with email verification
Your processed contacts are stored in your account and remain accessible until you delete them. We do not automatically delete your data.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information or contact data. We may share information with:
- Service Providers: Google Cloud (AI processing), Supabase (database/auth), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email)
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data and processed contacts
- Download your cleaned contact data at any time
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Opt out of marketing communications
